A Toronto-based Nutritionist specializing in Lifestyle Nutrition, Sports Nutrition, & Intuitive Eating.

My passion for nutrition spans two degrees, eight years of university, three years of in-field experience, and one season with a professional sports team. Beyond the credentials, I’m deeply committed to helping people build a healthier relationship with food, one that isn’t based on restriction.

Whether you’re an athlete looking to optimize performance, or someone trying to find a balanced approach to everyday eating, I’m here to guide you with evidence-based advice and support that fits your unique lifestyle.

When I'm not working with clients, you can usually find me experimenting with new recipes, staying active, or diving into the latest nutrition research to keep myself learning and growing alongside my clients.
